The Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB) is a cooperative association representing over 250 member
brokerages and over 5000 Realtors®. Most, but not all, home buyers are represented by a Realtor®
and if you want those Realtors® to show your property, you need to give them an incentive to do
so. When you choose our Full Service Plan, you need to decide how much you will offer to these
cooperating buyer's agents. The amount of cooperation you receive from those Realtors® will
