Knowing that each and every home sale has three phases, rhinorealty has developed a new Seller
Option Plan which reflects those stages and lets you decide what services you wish to hire.
Service Pack 1 covers the listing phase, Service Pack 2 looks after the management aspect of
your sale and Service Pack 3 deals with the negotiation of the purchase contract and closing.
Hire us for Service Pack 1, and then add Service Pack 2 or 3. Or, choose all three Service
Packs and we will do everything from start to finish. No other real estate brokerage in Calgary
offers this degree of flexibility, combined with this amount of savings.
The Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB) is a cooperative association representing over 250 member
brokerages and over 5000 Realtors®. Most, but not all, home buyers are represented by a Realtor®
and if you want those Realtors® to show your property, you need to give them an incentive to do so.
