Your RHINOREALTY agent will:

   ✓ Sign an MLS Listing Contract with you
   ✓ Provide you with everything included in our Essentials Package and any add-ons you have selected
   ✓ Create your MLS^® and rhinorealty.com listing
   ✓ Complete any requested updates to the listing or open houses as instructed
   ✓ Report your successful sale on the MLS listing
   ✓ Remove the lockbox after your possession day

RHINOREALTY will NOT:

   × Represent you during negotiations of any offers
   × Give you any advice or opinions on your sale
   × Hold any deposit money in our trust account
   × Convey any paperwork to lawyers

YOUR responsibilities include:

   ▢ Preparing your home for sale
   ▢ Coordinate showings with buyer’s agents
   ▢ Coordinate showings with unrepresented buyers
   ▢ Manage all phone/email inquiries
   ▢ Negotiate any offers to purchase that are received
   ▢ Manage any terms and conditions until your home is sold
   ▢ Report your offer and sale details to your rhino agent
   ▢ Manage any last minute changes/requests
   ▢ Manage the possession day
