Our sell-through ratio is exceptional, very few brokerages, traditional or otherwise, match our level of success. Some real estate companies would have you think that sheer volume of listings should be your most important criteria when choosing a real estate brokerage. Well, that’s simply not true. Think about this. Would you rather list your home with a brokerage that lists 6000 homes a year and sells 3000 of them, or with a brokerage that lists 800 homes a year and sells 680 of them?
